Co-Lingual-S at the IALIC 2022 conference
As the Co-Lingual-S project is reaching the end of its first 6 months, it was time to present our progress so far to the international research community. That is why we joined the IALIC 2022 conference, an annual congress of the International Association for Languages and Intercultural Communication that took place at Lisbon, Portugal this year, organised by the Insitute of Education, University of Lisbon.
Our researcher, Nikolett Szelei, presented the project’s aims, methodology and design, and some preliminary findings from our ongoing research with parents of multilingual children in Belgium. Comments and questions from the audience helped us further thinking about the next steps in the project. Many thanks to the keynote speakers, participants and organisers of IALIC 2022 for the wonderful discussions and feedback we’ve received.
